TDZL520 and TDZL660 depending on the
required pellet quality and capacity.
Distinguishing features of the Van
Aarsen Compact pellet mills are the
high capacity and the excellent
pellet quality. A large effective die
area and an optimal peripheral
velocity of the dies achieve this.
The velocity can be selected in
accordance with the product to be
processed.
Product flow
A dosing screw supplies the raw
material. In the conditioner, steam
and fluids can be added. From
there, the meal enters the pellet
mill via the feeder funnel.

Conditioning
The pellet mill can be provided with a single or double conditioner in which the raw material can
be mixed with steam and/or fluids. The conditioner, produced with stainless steel housing, is
provided with separate injection openings for steam and fluids, such as molasses. The
conditioner shaft is provided with adjustable blade holders on which interchangeable, wearresistant
blades are mounted.
